When you contact us
The inquiry form collects your name, email, organization, area of interest and message. You may add a prepared project brief to your inquiry or paste it into your message. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and keep a record of the conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or automatically book an appointment.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiries sent through this website form are saved in the restricted AGS website inbox. Resend processes the inquiry details to email a notification to our team, including the contact address you supplied so we can reply. The on-screen reference confirms that the inquiry was saved; email delivery is a separate step. Earlier inquiries sent through GoDaddy Conversations remain in that provider’s inbox. Hosting and messaging providers may process technical request logs and anti-spam information.
Visitor session alerts
On the GovDesk, BizDesk and PropertyDesk pages, AGS records a visitor session’s first product page, time and available IP address, and uses Resend to send one session alert to hello@althosgs.com. A signed first-party session cookie, ags_visit, lasts up to 30 minutes and prevents a new alert on every page. We do not include URL query strings in these alerts or use this feature for advertising. Known bots and prefetch requests are filtered, and visits that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded. Session identification is approximate: shared devices, networks and browser privacy settings can cause missed or repeated alerts. An IP address alone does not identify a person. Website session records are removed after 30 days during subsequent tracked visits; emailed alerts are retained in the AGS mailbox until deleted under our retention practices. Automated abuse protection
We use network reputation lists to restrict malicious traffic. When individual-IP reputation checking is enabled, the connecting IP address is sent to AbuseIPDB to assess recent abuse reports. Security decisions and their reasons are retained for up to 30 days, with expired records removed during subsequent visits. Automated checks can make mistakes; contact hello@althosgs.com if you believe your access was restricted incorrectly.
Website chat
Our chat service is provided through GoDaddy Conversations / Re:amaze. Messages and any contact details or files you choose to share are processed by that provider and made available to AGS in its Conversations inbox. The provider may also process the page address, device and connection information, and use cookies or similar storage to operate the chat and maintain conversation history. Automated assistance may respond before an AGS team member follows up. The direct inquiry form is separate from chat and sends your inquiry to the AGS team. AI chat may answer questions before a visitor requests a human handoff.
Your project brief
An unfinished brief stays in page memory until you leave or reload. To include it, select Add brief to inquiry, review the attached text and contact details, then select Send inquiry. You can also paste a copied brief into the message. Copying or downloading a brief does not send it to AGS. Copy and download options save the text to your clipboard or device.
Retention and your requests
AGS keeps inquiries while responding and assessing potential work, and removes records when they are no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@althosgs.com. Please avoid including identity documents, passwords or customer financial records in an initial inquiry.
Website examples and cookies
Product illustrations use fictional records. GovDesk examples are not official government services and do not imply an agency endorsement. AGS does not add advertising trackers. The chat provider may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and measure its service. The hosting platform may use access controls and operational logs; staff sign-in is managed by the hosting platform.
Email and integrations
Email links open your email application for you to review and send a message. AI assistance, business messaging, payment providers and production hosting are scoped and configured within each agreed implementation.
